  Roadkill

This issue features illustrations from Dave Dorman that stars the character Hitch. Dorman also provides a fully painted cover for this story written by noted author Del Stone Jr. Stone has written dozens of horror and science fiction short stories for the top anthologies in those lines including "Amazing Stories", "Full spectrum", and "Forbidden Lines".

Roadkill features Stone’s taunt and tingling tale of a new breed of zombies being created by a doctor who has discovered a method of making zombies eat the undead instead of the living. While this twisted cannibalism would seem to be advantageous to the humans, they discover that the formula will only work on living being s who them must be killed to carry out the plan. Hitch, one of the few intelligent zombies, recognizes the potential effect that this scheme could create on the armies of the undead and forms an uneasy alliance with the humans who are targeting to combat the experimental doctor to guarantee their own survival. Two races, both struggling for dominance over the other, join forces against the evil plan with threatens both of their existences.

  Plague

Kevin Thomas (Cinderella on Fire and Neverland) delivered a powerful and poignant tale sas Joseph Bishop struggles to find his redemption as the "plague of death" is unleashed on the world. He searches to find his dead wife who succumbed to death as a result of the AIDS virus, that he infected her with. Incapable of understanding why it was she and not him that death claimed, he welcomes this second plague to bring his true love back to him.
