Zombie action figure will be part of their second wave of toys in the
Independent line of action figures.

A deal has been signed with
Seraphim Guard to develop a line of role playing products based on
Deadworld. It will include table top game as well as supplemental
material. There has been a blog set up to keep fans abreast of
everything going on with the game in development.

GARY REED AT
WIZARD WORLD CHICAGO 2008
At the Chicago convention, as a way of
introducing Deadworld to those unfortunate fans who haven't read it
yet...there will be a limited amount of free Deadworld comics given out
at Gary Reed's booth which is part of the Transfuzion set up in Artist
alley. Of course, there will also be the three
Deadworld collections available there as well.
DEADWORLD MASK
The Deadworld mask is nearly finished. This site will feature a
progressive look at the making of the mask and that should be up in
this summer.

MAMMOTH ZOMBIES
Deadworld will be appearing in the mass market collection called THE
MAMMOTH BOOK OF ZOMBIES that is due out sometime in 2008. Three classic
tales will appear in the massive collection.

Shipping in May, 2008 was a collection of many
of the short tales dealing with Deadworld entitled DEADWORLD: BITS and
PIECES. Over 170 pages featuring great stories from Vince Locke,

NEW DEADWORLD MINI-SERIES IN
NOV
2007!
Coming in fall of 2007 will be a new Deadworld mini-series entitled
"FROZEN OVER" and the action shifts to New York City in the middle of one
of the worst storms to ever hit the East Coast. A band of survivors
must find a way out of the frozen metropolis. Writer Mike Raicht (of
Marvel Zombie fame) steps in for the writing chores. Gary Reed will
return with the upcoming Slaughterhouse storyline.
ORIGINAL SERIES AVAILABLE AS DOWNLOADS!
The entire library of Arrow and Caliber issues of Deadworld (with a couple
of exceptions of missing issues) are available as downloadable PDF format
from
Drive Thru Comics. Not only the Deadworld issues but 100's of
other Caliber titles are also available. In the spring/summer of
2007, look for some incentive sales as well.
DEADWORLD PART OF HORROR COMIC
ANTHOLOGY
Deadworld will be included in the British anthology, the MAMMOTH BOOK OF
HORROR COMICS which is being assembled by
Peter Normanton of From the Tomb. This will be a large
collection and will feature at least one Deadworld tale. No release
date has been announced as of yet.

GETS ITALIAN TREATMENT
Just
received word that Deadworld is being reprinted in Italy and the work
includes the Deadworld: Requiem for the World graphic novel as well as the
Dead-Killer graphic novel. Joins the Croatian reprints in bringing
Deadworld to uh, the world.

Dead-Killer reprinted
DEADWORLD: DEAD-KILLER will reprint the entire
Dead-Killer saga. From Image in September 2006. Originally appearing as a backup
in issues 19-21 (vol. 1), the Dead-Killer proved so popular that there was a
three issue mini-series. All of the Dead-Killer's stories were printed in
the graphic novel, KILLER AND THE KING, from Caliber almost a decade ago but has
long been sold out. Art for the
series was by Ron McCain who is known for his work on Batman: Dark Knight
series. Written by Gary Reed. And oh yeah, King Zombie dies in this
series....sorta.
